Implementation of a Project consists of many components from starting to the end. It can be divided into three main activities, i.e. i) Planning Part, ii) Structural Part and iii) Execution Part.

The Planning Part comprises of sub-activities like, i) Collection of field data by Topographical Survey work, ii) Architectural Planning as per scope of the Project etc.

The Structural Part consist of sub-activities like, i) Sub-soil Investigation work to find out suitable type of foundation, ii) Designing of Structures as per Architectural planning, iii) Preparation of Structural Drawings for execution.

The third and last part of the implementation of a Project is the Execution Part as per Structural drawings along with which Quality Control is the main activity.
